Well, Akame Ga Kill is a show that was pretty epic! The story was good, the action scenes were superb, the characters were interesting, the art style was beautiful and colorful, and the music was catchy.<br/><br/>The whole plot might not be original but it still works - especially the part where the assassins help the revolutionary force overthrow the empire.<br/><br/>This show is like Game of Thrones - you can&#39;t get too attached to a particular character. It was disappointing to see certain ones get taken off the chessboard. However, it was still enjoyable, even though my favorite characters weren&#39;t around anymore at the very end.<br/><br/>My Final Thoughts: One issue I had with this show was that I wish they would have followed the mangas. They could have at least waited until the creator was done with the story. But still, the ending was satisfying. I miss all the characters and the ending left me wanting more epicness. So all in all, it was a great show. A nice action packed anime, which had some plot failures, but it was entertaining overall. So, from where should I start? Firstly, the MC was a bit of odd, with his geeky clothes but super cool powers, not to mention a well built body topped by a kid&#39;s head. So, that and the fact that there were too many deaths in this one. The blood bathed action scenes were actually good, but there were too many hands gone missing. I mean, why did they have to be only the arms? Then, as a shounen, it had the overly exposed female characters, which didn&#39;t interrupt with the plot, but there were too many girls over the boys...Other than that, the universe of this anime was really interesting and the girl MC was super cool. So, 8 out of 10.
